Examine practical application of technology in education by participating in this teaser book study, focusing on Chapter 5 of the book by Liz Kolb: "Learning First, Technology Second: The Educator’s Guide to Designing Authentic Lessons". The chapter focuses on lessons from K-12 educators.

Asynchronous activities will include time to read the chapter, take discussion points and design a lesson that can be implemented with the targeted grade level. The first 25 registered participants will be eligible to receive a copy of the entire book after participating in the chat. An additional follow-up session will be scheduled for those who read the full book and want to discuss it.
