Please note that regular pricing rates will be reflected when you add items to your shopping cart.

• • The Full Conference rate includes Keynote and Featured Speaker sessions, all Breakout sessions on Thursday & Friday, Exhibit Hall access, and the Thursday evening Social. 
  • The Full Conference Rate does not include Wednesday workshops.

Purchase Orders: If you are registering with a PO you'll receive a separate email statement for invoicing.

Requests for refunds or questions about purchase orders must be sent via email to macul@macul.org.  The deadline to cancel and request a refund is February 28, 2024.

Cancellations:

• Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email (macul@macul.org) by February 28, 2024.
• A $75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds under $25 will be issued. Refunds and overpayments will be issued no later than 30 days after the conference.

Payment:

• We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Checks, and School Purchase Orders (PO) for payment.
• Please note payment by credit card will incur an additional 3% processing fee per transaction.
• Payment or purchase order must be received within 30 days of completing your registration to avoid cancellation.
  

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
